Greg Heitzig brings over a decade of culinary experience to The Fountain Inn, and has elevated guests' dining experience to match the acclaimed Georgetown tasting room's world-class spirits program.

Most recently, Chef Greg was the Corporate Executive Chef of East London-inspired gastropub, Duke's Grocery, and oversaw the kitchens of three locations, in addition to its residency in the British Embassy.

Previously, he was Chef de Cuisine of Michelin-starred restaurant, Pineapple and Pearls, and Sous Chef at decorated chefs Thomas Keller's and Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s restaurants in Beverly Hills, and Grant Achatz's The Aviary in New York City.
